IOP Current Research in Magnetism and Superconductivity 2012

Magnetism was once viewed as an enemy of conventional superconductivity, but has shown up as a close neighbour. Perhaps good fences make good neighbours – and what better fence that a quantum critical one? An exciting one-day conference at the National Physical Laboratory, bringing together the Magnetism and Superconductivity groups of the Institute of Physics (UK), and my very first presentation at a poster session.

Digital copy of my poster available here.
